Many of you have been asking.. We are so excited to announce that Kristina (Massage Therapist) and Dr. Sharja (Chiropractor) are expanding their days at the clinic! (See below)
OUR CLINIC TEAM’S SCHEDULE:
Dr. Sharja(Chiropractic Rehab) : Mondays (new), Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays
Linh(Physiotherapy) : Thursdays and Saturdays
Dr. Yousef(Naturopathic Medicine) : Wednesdays and Sundays
Dwight(Massage Therapy and Professional Bike Fits) : Mondays, Fridays, and Saturdays
Kristina(Massage Therapy) : Tuesdays (new), Thursdays (expanded hours) and Sundays
Danielle(Fascial Stretch Therapy) : Sundays
Jelani (virtual)(Social Work and Psychotherapy) : Mondays to Thursdays
Maintaining our high level of service is important to us and this decision was not made lightly. Please note that there will be a fee increase in Chiropractic and Physiotherapy services as of March 24, 2025 due to increasing operational costs. Such a fee increase has not occurred since 2021. We hope to have your continued support during this particular time and thank you for your understanding.

Jelani specializes in anxiety disorders, depression, stress management, trauma and Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). He helps patients develop healthier ways of thinking and responding to situations so that they can function better in their daily lives.
Jelani’s virtual sessions focus on empowering clients in their lives through the use of talk therapy. His primary approach to treatment, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), focuses on the relationship between thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Jelani aims to help his clients think and respond to situations in healthier, more adaptive ways that will benefit them long-term. He provides virtual counselling for individuals 16 years and older.
